EDIT Omg... I just realized that one of the layers wasn't aligned properly... It's fixed now.
This picture is like my baby! My first FULL OUT CG PIECE!!! tears of happiness-
I believe I drew the line art for this TWO years ago, and the cging took from then to now to finish. I coloured the skin and hair first last year, then left it until Dec/Jan to (gradually) finish her clothes. That would be why the colouring is a little different in places
I dont want attempt another cg for quite a while. DAMN RIBBONS!!! It looked good on the line art to have so many ruffled cloth everywhere little did I know GAH dies- The background also gave me grief but then again backgrounds always give me grief Does anyone have good way of getting rid of the white background after the colouring of the main person is done??? I always have to go around and hand-erase the white stuff around the person after using the magic wand its incredibly slow and painful ISNT THERE ARE A BETTER WAY!?!?! PLEASE TELL ME!
I cant cg Im too slow and crappy argblah but I do love OpenCanvas
Im just so full of pride at just finishing at last I have nothing else to say
Description: Pencil/Pen for line art OpenCanvas 1.0 for doll colouring Photoshop 7 for background/border All colouring done with mouse

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
